Now Building: Vice-Level Role (Tokyo / Global Strategy / UN Engagement) We are currently building the next phase of our organization.
At IISIA, we are actively strengthening our engagement with the United Nations system, while expanding our presence in the global arena of geoeconomics — not only in analysis, but in shaping discussions and influencing institutional directions.
In this context, I am looking for a Vice-level individual who can work directly with me in shaping and executing a global strategy at the intersection of:
*AI-enabled governance
*Global policy and institutional design
*Geoeconomics and international strategy
This is not a conventional role.
It requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, high-trust environment where ideas are translated into real-world engagement.
The position is based in Tokyo (Marunouchi), and involves direct interaction with both domestic institutions and international counterparts.
Fluency in Japanese is essential, as the role requires deep involvement in institutional coordination within Japan.
Professional-level English is also expected.
I am particularly interested in individuals who:
Have experience in global or cross-border environments (public or private sector)
Can operate close to leadership and handle ambiguity
Are capable of structuring ideas, processes, and execution
Have experience at the C-suite level, particularly with exposure to organizational or HR-related functions (strongly preferred)
This role is part of a broader organizational build-out, including positions such as Chief of Staff support, Global Editorial Lead, and communications.
If this resonates with you, we would be most grateful if you could kindly contact us at recruit●haradatakeo.com (● denotes @).
