本日（2018年3月23日）弊研究所代表・原田武夫は国際商業会議所日本委員会（以下ICCJ)の理事会・通常総会に出席致しました。ICCJのメンバーであると同時に国際商業会議所（ICC)　G20 CEO Advisory Groupの唯一の日本人メンバーでもある代表・原田武夫は、2017年10月4日に参加したG20 CEO Advisory Groupの様子について説明を求められました。

その他、2019年に我が国がG20議長国となることを踏まえ、B20の中心としてICCJがどの様な活動を起こすべきであるのか、そろそろ民間でも積極的に動き始めるべきではないかとの提案を致しました。

ICC G20 CEO Advisory Groupは政府間会合であるG20に対してグローバル・ビジネス・コミュニティの声を代表する組織としてICCが政策提言を行うにあたり集中的な議論を行う会議体です。世界から厳選されたグローバル経営リーダーから成る組織であり、我が国からは代表・原田武夫のみが出席しております。

Today (Mar 23 2018), Takeo HARADA, CEO of IISIA, attended the Board of directors and the general meeting of the International Chamber of Commerce JAPAN (ICCJ). Not only as a member of the ICCJ but also as the only participant of the ICC’s G20 CEO Advisory Group from Japan, Mr. HARADA was shared his insight on the last ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group meeting held on Oct 4, 2017.

In addition, as Japan being the presidency country of G20 in 2019, he proposed that it was about time for Japanese business sectors to start to discuss what ICCJ could do for B20/G20 in 2019.

ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group is a platform for global business to provide inputs to the work of the G20 on an ongoing basis. The group is composed of more than 30 CEOs and global business leaders. Mr. Harada is the only member from Japan.
